RICHMOND, VA. — AMF Bakery Systems will introduce a range of artisan baking equipment at this year’s International Baking Industry Exposition (IBIE), being held Sept. 7-11 in Las Vegas. Technology from AMF Bakery Systems, AMF Tromp and AMF Don Boer will be on display at the show.
“The industry is seeing increasing consumer demand for wholesome, clean label, artisanal products,” said Blake Millard, director of sales for U.S. and Canada, AMF Bakery Systems. “Through the integration of AMF Tromp and AMF Den Boer into AMF, we not only have the proven solutions of the sheeting technology, but we also bring a wider range of decorating, topping, and baking capabilities that facilitate more premium bread products.”
In booth 5420, attendees can view AMF Bakery Systems’ integrated solutions for producing artisan bread, rolls, buns, pizza, flatbreads, cakes, pies, pastries and croissants through self-guided interactive digital displays as well as augmented reality equipment demonstrations.
AMF Bakery Systems will showcase its new BreadFlex Direct Deposit Divider (D3) for gluten-free and rye doughs and the dual-tilt SNAX Sigma Mixer for hard biscuit, cookie and cracker producers. In addition, the equipment manufacturer will present the Automatic Guided Vehicle (AGV). Created through an exclusive partnership with DTA the AGV can efficiently transfer dough troughs.
AMF Tromp is set to exhibit a variety of artisan solutions at booth 5436. The company’s high-capacity Target Strewer and Seeder for product topping and Stress-Free Artisan Sheeting Line for high-speed artisan baguette and ciabatta-style product creation will be on display among other equipment.
At the same booth, baking specialists will showcase the capabilities of AMF Den Boer’s Stone Tunnel Oven and present an educational program that explores the pros and cons of different ovens as well as tips for selecting proofers and ovens.
