NORWICH, VT. — King Arthur Flour Company, Inc. is offering new options to consumers following paleo and gluten-free diets with the debut of two new products: paleo baking flour and gluten-free single-serve dessert cups.
The new paleo baking flour features a blend of cassava, almond and coconut flour and may be substituted 1-to-1 for all-purpose flour. Certified gluten-free and Non-GMO Project verified, the flour contains 130 calories and provides 4 grams of protein and 4 grams of fiber per ¼-cup serving.
King Arthur Flour’s gluten-free single-serve dessert cups are available in Super Fudge Brownie and chocolate chip cookie varieties. The certified gluten-free and Non-GMO Project verified treats are made with rice flour and whole grain oat flour and contain 250 calories per 2-oz cup. To prepare the desserts, consumers add water, stir and microwave for 30 seconds.

King Arthur paleo baking flour is packaged in 1-lb bags for a suggested retail price of $11.99 at retailers including Publix, Walmart, Meijer and Harris Teeter. The gluten-free single-serve dessert cups retail for $2.59 per cup and are available at Target, Kroger, Wegman’s and Harris Teeter.
