CHICAGO — Anton Vincent has been named chief executive officer of Greencore USA, a manufacturer of convenience foods.
Mr. Vincent has more than 20 years of experience in the U.S. food manufacturing industry, most recently as president of the U.S. Snacks division at General Mills, Inc., a position he held from 2014-16. Earlier, he was president of General Mills’ Frozen Frontier division and president of Baking.
Prior to General Mills he held leadership roles at MCI Telecommunications and Fidelity Investments. He also is a former Applebee’s International franchisee.
Mr. Vincent received a bachelor’s degree in finance from Sam Houston State University and a master’s degree in business administration from the Kelley School of Business at Indiana University.

Greencore U.S. operates 13 facilities across the United States. The company entered the United States in 2008 and now produces a range of fresh, frozen and ambient products, including sandwiches, meal kits and salad kits.
Headquartered in Dublin, Ireland, Greencore P.L.C. employs approximately 15,000 at 28 manufacturing facilities across the U.K. and the United States. On average, the company makes about 1.5 billion sandwiches, more than 600 million salad and lunch kits, and 140 million ready meals every year.
