PENNSAUKEN, N.J. — Paul Bakus, who worked at Nestle S.A. for more than 30 years, has been named markets director – North America for Puratos, while Andrew Brimacombe, previously with Aryzta AG, has been appointed general manager of Puratos USA.

Mr. Bakus, who replaces Karel Zimmermann, will report to Daniel Malcorps, chief executive officer of the Puratos Group. Mr. Bakus was president of Nestle’s baking division. Mr. Brimacombe will report to Mr. Bakus. He was the president of the consumer foods business of Aryzta.
