| Source: Barry CallebautBRANTFORD, ONT. – Barry Callebaut held a groundbreaking ceremony in late September for its new factory in Brantford. The facility will focus on sugar-free, high-protein and other specialty chocolate products. The company plans to invest $104 million into the new site, which should open in 2024 and create more than 200 jobs.
