Leadership from baking organizations participate in the 2023 Bakers Fly-In and Policy Summit.

The announcement was made at the Bundy Baking Museum, the home of the Hall of Fame. 

Sarah Day is named director of education.

Mr. Bailey was a veteran bakery engineer who worked at several major commercial bakeries throughout his career.

The ABA, ASB and RBA plan a fly-in event.

The summit will be held Nov.13-14 in Washington, DC.

In July, Mr. Benton closes a 43-year career at the company.

Clay Miller replaces Robert Benton of Flowers Foods, who is recognized for his contributions to the Baking HOF Evaluation Committee.
