We operate a 293,000 sq ft facility in Elk Grove Village, Illinois, where we produce an extensive product catalog that includes cream fillings, dry mixes, fondant, fruit fillings, glazes, icings, nutrition bar components, and savory spreads. Unlike many of our competitors, we do not own interests in orchards or agricultural processing plants. This allows us to buy in the geographic regions offering the freshest fruit in season.
