Expanding from one mill to today's five flour mills in four different states and 27 country elevators handling corn, soybeans and wheat while processing edible beans and providing local farmers with their crop inputs. The daily flour milling capacity now stands at 33,500 cwts, making Star of the West the 11th largest miller in the United States.
